It's good to see that APC are considering publishing a parish newsletter once again, even though they might perhaps be thinking of distributing it not quite so often as previously.

One thing that must not happen is for it to be used again for boosting councillors egos leading up to the May 2015 elections. Achievements could still be noted but perhaps collectively and not under columns written by individual councillors.

To assist APC, could Forums members suggest items that might be included in future Newsletters.

Reading some of the enquiries and comments on one of the Village Facebook Pages, it is pretty obvious that many people (particularly new residents) require a guide to ""Angmering"". Maybe some of the following might help:

Council Locations/Facilities/Events
Availability of Leisure Activities
Reference to this and the Council web sites
Grants that can be applied for
Progress of Local Plan Approval
Schools Term Dates
Bin Collection Days
Any Church Events
Where to report a broken street light
Planned Road Works
and God Help Us ""Building Works""
