My wife rang for appointment today at Willow Green Surgery. Earliest 3 weeks away. By the time she gets to see doctor problem will probably have gone away. And then they'll complain people don't keep appointments.
It's not as if this area has seen major pressure arising out of immigration, and our local population has been ageing for some time, so what exactly is the problem? Never used to be like this.

With the arrival of the BG populous , you must be grateful for the consequent reduction in the average age profile of the village !!
If you have a problem such as an ENT infection, you can usually get an appointment on the same day with the triage nurse at AMC or Herne Gardens. She can prescribe medication but will need to get a doctor to sign the prescription.
We tend to use the on line booking service and if its not emergency you can generally see A doctor in a few days. Whether it is you own doctor.......................
