I asked a question regarding this subject on 2nd December 2013 and was told that as soon as your problems uploading to your website were solved the Declaration would be published on there.
Your upload problems have been solved for sometime now but you have failed to honour your reply.
I would like to point out that publishing the Councillors Declaration of Interests on the Parish Council website not only puts them in the public domain but is a requirement under the Localisation Act of 2011.
Could I ask that the council,in future,complies with government legislation. |
