Thank you for that response. To clarify, does that mean that if developments were deemed sustainable, i.e. roads, schools, infrastructure, etc. were guaranteed by the developers, then APC would be in support? That would appear to be opposed to the view of many villagers that no large-scale development of any type should be considered appropriate, sustainable or not.
The Parish Council are obliged to consider applications within current planning law and the rules as determined by the NPPF. The NPPF is the "golden thread" with a presumption in favour of sustainable development, irrespective of the size of any development.
