How convenient that the Chairman of APC has used his casting vote to elect himself once more. And then to elect one of his acolytes to the role of Deputy.
We are not best served by this apparent manipulation.
So what do you suggest should have happen next???? Both votes were 5 - 5, maybe even the same voters we don't know, the APC website lists 12 current councillors, 2 apologies for absence were noted so they didn't turn up for the meeting and vote. What are you suggesting the apparent manipulation is??
