Have just started to re-use the village library after the recent refurbishment and the “advance of the machines”
Much Cleaner lines and more space but an impression of fewer books ?
I was struck by the quietness of the place.
Prior to the closure the children and family centre had brought a sense of vibrancy and fun to what was traditionally a very sober enterprise. What’s happened to the Children and Family Centre ? Do they still use the library ?
Are the Parish Council still in the process of buying the property ?
I would suggest that we all start to use the library on the basis of “Use It or Lose It.
