Angmering Revealed & Angmering Art Project, Saturday 25 September - The Committee Clerk talked through the arrangements and what had been achieved so far including confirmation that 27 groups had already confirmed their attendance. She also asked councillors to volunteer to deliver leaflets and post about the event on Facebook.
Queens Jubilee 2022 - Cllr. A Evans suggested asking all stall holders at the Angmering Revealed event taking place at the Community Centre on Saturday 25 September 2021 what plans they had, if any, for this celebration as APC could help promote their event. Cllr. A Evans volunteered to keep a log of who had been asked and what they were proposing to do
Angmering Village flower & Produce Show - Cllr. Reigate gave an update and advised that a committee had been formed and the first meeting would be taking place on Thursday 26 August at 7pm.
Repair to Russet Play Park - Cllr. N Hamilton-Street commented that the Russet Play Park was well used and due to this the repair should go ahead. She also commented that this park should be put at the top of the list for refurbishment when this was possible, all agreed. RESOLUTION: Cllr. L Hamilton-Street PROPOSED that the expenditure, £3,106.38 plus VAT, was agreed. Cllr. N Hamilton-Street SECONDED and ALL AGREED.

Green Waste Club collections - A discussion took place regarding Green Waste / Brown Bins as councillors were very concerned over the amount of missed collections and promises not being upheld. Cllr. L Hamilton-Street had concerns over costs of the service not being provided and why APC residents were not getting the service they are paying for. Cllr. N Hamilton-Street explained that she had written a letter to Cllr. Shaun Gunner, Leader of the Council and Conservative Group for ADC regarding this and was still waiting for a reply.
Golf Centre and Planning Consultant - The Clerk advised that Rustington Parish council were willing to share the costs relating to the planning application concerning the Land at Rustington Golf Centre.Cllr. Reigate PROPOSED that APC would move £3,000.00 into Professional Services to engage the services of a professional planning consultant. Cllr. Harris SECONDED and ALL AGREED.

The St Nicholas' Gardens archaeology information board was unveiled this morning (Wed 11 August) by Julia Phelon, chairman of Angmering in Bloom Association. Some 50 people from the village attended the ceremony. Amie Friend from the Worthing Archaeological Society, who led the excavations of the site in 2015, then gave a short talk on the overall findings followed by a walk around the site giving information on specific areas of the dig. Apart from members of Angmering in Bloom, members of Angmering Parish Council and Angmering Heritage Trust - major contributors to the project - also attended.
