The northern section of the western half of the churchyard extension opened in 1867 - with boundary wall to its west, north-south grass path to its east, and east-west tarmac path to lychgate to its north.
Note: Several memorials on the west side are demolished or heavily overgrown, and cannot complete until cleared.
