It has happened 3 times in as many months, the second one was heard by friends in the Water Lane area too and that one went on until 7am. The latest one went on until at least 5am. If they were house parties I can't understand why the direct neighbours haven't got them stopped.
Apparently the one that went on until 7am was a private party on the Angmering estate. The police were called by a number of people who were told it was a private party so nothing could be done. Heard it loud and clear on Bramley Green and so did most of our neighbours. Not heard the others but if it is becoming a regular occurrence and it is someone throwing parties, I can't believe they have such disregard for other people :-(
Apologies Bluebell. I don't think myself, compost, or any reasonable person finds the noise problem amusing - just perhaps a bit of misplaced humour on a Monday morning!
Can not understand the bit about the police not being able to do anything as it was a private party. Are not all parties private?? Noisde has to be reduced by 11 pm. As for my fishy comment I appreciate some may have been affected more than others, but it was light hearted. Obviously the wrong Plaice for a comment like that. It may have been sole music. I will mullet over before i post in future.
