A small bluey green 4x4, reg number R355 AKM - is this you, or do you know who they are? Why take the trouble to bag up your garden waste and drive to the verge near Worthing Rugby Club to dump your bags of rubbish - why not just go a bit further to the dump - its not far!!! To much more dumping and we could end up putting off the developers!!!!
