The application is on the 'Weekly Plans List' on ADC website for the new Chandlers Depot. I know it's not housing but will still impact on traffic and might be of interest to SAV followers. (It says 'Land at Roundstone Lane' am assuming this is an error as it is still by the roundabout further up.)

ADC application number A/130/12 - includes details of Chandlers being 'unable to afford' the car showroom site with planning permission opposite the Golf Centre. Not sure who is playing games here, but I heard the same from the Chandlers people at their public open day on the plans - hard to believe a BMW related company cannot afford a site - more like they are just not prepared to pay the going rate, and building on a Class 1 agricultural site is cheaper, regardless of any damage to what is supposed to be a preserved green corridor between Angmering and East Preston.
