Driving down Rowan Way last night, I was surprised to see children playing football with one of the helpers(around 8pm)on the grass island in the middle of the road, with cars parked up along side it and cars outside residents houses as well, this obviously had a knock on effect, as I drove past again at round at 10.30pm there were 4 children aged 11/12 still playing football. They do not allow ballgames on council/private estates, so why is this being allowed? This is dangerous for the children and cars could be damaged! |
