My son and daughter-in-law also experienced the fiasco. Appalling at Ford and long queues to get back from Arundel, and then getting back home. Also were cold and wet in the bargain!
I gave up at Ford when I reallised they had 3 maybe 4 buses for the thousands of people there. Not a single steward or member of staff, not one!
The final straw was when the buses started to take passengers from the back of the line and not the front where the people had been in the rain for an hour and a half!
No support vehicles, no circus, no celebrities. Magic.
