Yes, my BT internet connection has been playing up for the past week or so. I did phone 10 days ago and was lucky enough to speak to someone in India who said BT were having problems but the connection should be working again in 48 hours - it was restored after about five or six hours. This morning the connection went down again and I tried an emergency number and the recorded message suggested I go on line to see if there is an answer to the problem on their website..??? A couple of hours later I reset the router and for the moment we are connected once more. I do wonder for how long?
Thanks for the information Pansy,I only changed to BT a few months ago,perhaps I should have stayed with AOL as I never had as much problems with them.
