Fraudsters are fooling people into buying dangerous energy saving devices Trading Standards warn.
Victims are phoned by someone who claims to be working with your energy supplier and offering a plug in device for £99 claiming it can save you 40% on you energy use.
Trading Standards advise this device fails to satisfy electrical safety standards.
