This sounds like the small development that has been built recently adjoining Willow Tree Close at the southwest corner of The Walkway in Bramley Green. The land there was originally owned by Lansdowne Nurseries.
I think you are probably right Phill. For some years, Willow Tree Close has consisted of just one house (No. 1) in anticipation of development of the Boxall's walled property to its south and east. You have reminded me that plans were released a couple of months ago.
The plans for this development were originally submitted back in 2004 (Arun District Council planning application ref. A/114/04) and approved in Feb 2006 for 15 2/3 bedroom houses on this site. Building commenced around the beginning of 2011 shortly before the expiry of the 5-year time limit on the planning approval.
