Honey Lane is closed off to traffic for resurfacing for a week. The footpath from the Bramley Green end is closed off and inaccessible so anyone wishing to get to the allotments will have to go in on foot from the High Street, where there is limited pedestrian access.
Not too keen on the large red warning and speed sign either that has gone up today on the junction of Honey Lane and the High Street.. Hope it is just a temporary sign. It's totally inappropriate for the Conservation Area. Surely this could not have been sanctioned by the APC.
it does look awful... angmering manor had to apply for planning when they put up a tiny aa sign, so howcome the installers of that huge monster of a sign have not?
