I just received an answerphone message saying that a BT SMS message had been sent to my telephone number.Strange because my number is recent & ex directory with only a few people that know it - none of whom would send me an SMS to my home number when they already have my mobile.
I picked up the message which was from a debt collection company called SRJ Pay trying to trace someone with a name I did not recognise quoting a reference number & leaving an 0845 return number.
On googling the company name it appears that they are well known for using unscrupulous methods in the course of their work so beware. |
