We've been to this place in Worthing twice in recent weeks (evenings - daytime selection is cheaper and therefore probably more limited), after driving past it plenty of times without realising it was there.
Very impressed, especially with the cooked-while-you-watch bar, and the friendly/efficient service.
It's just opposite the assembly rooms and if you go in the evening you can park (free) in the car park behind the assembly rooms, hang a right at blockbuster video - 2 min walk, if that.
